Our sheltered housing residents benefit from being part of the thriving community at Temple Balsall.

They also have the security of 24 hour on-site care staff, should they have a problem. Additional packages such as meals and cleaning can also be purchased.

We believe that Lady Katherine Housing and Care is a real home, where residents have their own front door. Sheltered Housing residents bring their own belongings and furnish their apartment to their own taste

Our sheltered residents are are welcome to participate in all the activities across our site.

We hold bi - monthly residents’ meetings with the staff and a member of the Foundation governors. This ensures that the views and wishes of our residents are always respected.
